We make every effort to pack our items so they will arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, breakage does occasionally occur. If you receive damaged merchandise, we will replace it as quickly as possible. Be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can resolve the problem. Please have pictures ready to send us of the damaged items and damaged areas. Please be advised, all returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Changed your mind? If you aren’t delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 7 days and we will happily refund the purchase price.
• Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.
• You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We’re sorry — return shipping fees are not refundable.
